I am an American artist and a New Yorker.

​My passion is portraits. I work in acrylic, oil, pencil ,watercolors mixed media and digital art.

I am inspired  by  people who make difference in this World  and  are not afraid to use their voice. People with courage, character and story to tell.

 Creator of Taty Design Studio Inc  and  co founder of  Portrait of Freedom.Inc.  a non profit organization (501c3) that supports veterans and their kids through art.

 Born in Kiev, Ukraine as Tatyana Horoshko ,I got my classic art education at the National Art Academy T.Shevchenko and as a teen came with my family to US escaping soviet regime.

  I advanced  my art and design education at Parsons School of Design , NYC and New School for Social Research, major - Fashion design and Illustration.

 Through years I created art for Ann Taylor ,LOFT, Nordstroms, Francesca of Damon, Neiman Marcus, Dior scarves and several other brands.

​I became friend and supporter of many prominent people whose portraits you can see in my collections.

​ I created several collections of "Heroes" and "Antiheroes" portraits  and its for the viewer to choose which one is which.

I am also a creator of Taty Design Studio Inc  and  co founder of  Portrait of Freedom.Inc.  a non profit organization (501c3) that supports veterans and children through art.

I paint people who inspire me,intrigue me, sometimes challenge me -and people I simply don't want the world to forget.

Because some faces are more than faces . They are history.
